Flow like water, reflect like a mirror, respond like an echo is a Taoist philosophy in which nothing in you stays rigid or fixed, allowing you to move through a world in which nothing is rigid or fixed.
I wanted to explore this idea by creating a work in which every element was in flux and movement - the drift of the mobile, the reflections of the water, and the intangible nature of light itself. The work is also accompanied by a soundscape by sound artist Matt Leadingham.
